With the updates that have come out for the i-1000 and the i-1000-dcx, has there been additional vehicle support (e.g. 2016 models) since these charts:

I sold a customer an i2010 and he tried using it on his 2006 Grand Cherokee 5.7 but he's getting an error message saying the vehicle is not supported. He updated it and tried again still with no luck. Can you help please? Thank you!

I have a customer trying to use a Trinity on a 2016 Escalade 6.2L. It has been updated to the most recent firmware available. When he's trying to tune his truck he's getting an error that says "Internal flash map size error on original TCM". Please help! Thanks!

Looks like I found a post that solved my problem. Just had to hold the left button while powering it up. I've got it updating right now, woo hoo!

My i-1000-dcx shows "An unexpected error has occurred. Please wait while a failure log is written." when it starts up, but then it gets to the normal screen. What can I do about this? Thank you

I bought a used Trinity and tried booting it up. Two of the red LED lights turn on and then it just sits there. I tried booting it up through USB and OBD. Can anything be done?

I see on the bottom of the Trinity is a port that looks like an inTune port. Can I use an inTune cable on the Trinity instead of the one that plugs into the back?

I tried updated a U7170 to 9r05. I think it had 8rxx on it before I tried updating it. Now it says "This pstroke73 too requires a CROM file before use". Do you have a pstroke73 CROM you can send me? Is there any way to get it updated to 9r05?

I sold a customer a U7135, one that is too old for the 9r30 update so it has 9r12. He said he can't find anything on it to disable MDS on his 2005 Magnum R/T 5.7L. Will that programmer disable MDS for him? Will 9r30 allow him to do it?

I have an i1000 that never boots up. It just hangs up on the start up screen with the progress bar only about 10% of the way full. Since it doesn't fully boot up, I can't see the drive on my computer. What can I do with this?

I'm on a PC, but maybe the guy before had a Mac. I deleted that stuff off and got it to work. Thanks!
