New Trinity 1000 DS Downloader Error Issues

Guys I followed all instructions on the CD perfectly and I can not get this Trinity to communicate with my laptops. So in short, I can retrieve no information from car. I have installed and uninstalled all Drivers twice on two different computers. All i'm getting is a message saying

Update.exe failed(error740: the requested operation requires elevation.)

Everything else seems to work ok but if I can't Data Log this product is useless to me. I have hours into this now and don't want to give up but am very disappointed thus far.
I hope this is something simple.

Please help. I'm running my Hellcat at 850 rear wheel horsepower. To close to the edge to not be watching my tune.

the disc is a bit of of date, install dsdl from here:

I can’t get my Trinity to update it load the gas can but keeps saying it unable to connect to the download the update. I have tried everything.
Also any idea when your coming with a tool for MAC ?

won't be anything for a MAC.. you would need to run Windows on your MAC in order to use the trinity software apps...

if the dsdownloader finds your tool, but can't connect to server to update, then it's an issue with diablo's update server, not your trinity.. their server may be down..
