Hey my Windows dont find any Driver Software for the T 1000

you need to install the DSDownloader program, that will also install the drivers for the trinity..

then you can connect the trinity to your Windows PC...

hi,

i also have the same problem and cannot update my device.

its always keep saying internal update been installed and required reboot.

same issues here except i keep getting the "unhandled exception" message and then the dsdl program closes. i have tried with this for 5 hours now. read every update tips page i could find....nope nadda!

sorry btw...trinity t1000, 2017 silverado 1500 5.3, o.s. is windows 10

are you using the current DSDL version from our website?
