Installed a new Puck (7157) on my 2004 Ram 2500 last night. First of all, let me say wow - can not believe the difference in power this thing makes on the 90hp setting!
My only issue is that I have a miss when driving at a steady speed around 1500 rpm on the 60hp setting - I do not notice it on the higher setting or when I turn back to stock. Any ideas? Thanks

Check the connectors for any corrosion or loose fittings.
Also try applying some dielectric grease to the terminals.

Checked the connectors - they are clean & tight.
Runs perfect on 90hp & stock, but the mis is very noticeable on the 60hp setting between 1500 & 1800 rpm.
