Installed Powerpuck in 2009 Jeep 3.0. Everything was fine for a month, then customer comes back with 3 dtc's and the truck in limp mode.
I got an RMA and sent the puck in to look for troubles, it got the all clear and diablo sent it back.
While the puck was not in the truck, no DTC's were set. I re-installed it and it set the DTC's after a day of driving.
DTC's:
P0191 Fuel rail presure sensor circuit performance
P0193 Fuel rail pressure too high
P0087 Fuel rail pressure too low
Has anyone else had this issue?
The puck basicly raises fuel pressure by fooling the ecm, right? What tells the ecm that the fuel rail pressure is still right?

RE: Puck problems with Jeep 3.0
Thanks, Mike-
The customer is pretty anxious so let me know if I can do anything to help, like scanning parameters or what-not with the puck installed.
These diesels are pretty popular up here in Canada, sure would like to have some tuning ability for them- hint-hint.

RE: Puck problems with Jeep 3.0
Here is the reply from our puck engineers:
If the fuel rail pressure sensor is reading too high and too low then I think there has got to be a loose connection somewhere in the harness. For it to show both then it is loosing the signal. It is probably not a broken wire, just a bad connection since it is not coming on at start up.
Lets get an rma going and get the whole unit back here so we can test the harness with the puck and get it fixed.
Thanks
