2011 6.7 Ford power puck problem

I recently installed a extreme power puck on my 2011 F350 with the 6.7 diesel. When the power puck is turned-up half way or more the engine cuts-out or backs-off under heavy or full throttle. Any suggestions?

We recently developed an updated calibration for the 6.7 Ford EPP, please fill out the return form on our site under support and get it sent in for a reflash and it should be good from there.

I have the same issue, I just installed and can't turn up to 100%, any update on this? Did the reflash help?

Mike thanks for the quick response.

I just received my Power Puck Extreme P3030 from Auto Anything on 1-8-2016. Shouldn't it have the latest software or probably not since it has been sitting on their shelf to long?

My buddy just received the same P3030 for his 2015 6.7 Powerstroke from Auto Anything. I am assuming his will need the update as well?

I just spoke with Garrett K in your tech dept and he mentioned that we can send both units at the same time to save on shipping..Please advise.

Also, how long does it take for you to update the software and send the units back to us?

You can send both, be sure to mention it on the rma request when you submit the form on our site.

I dont think many have been shipped from here with the new programming, chances are they were on the shelf.
