CMR HELP

Would tis be the best place to get help with my CMR software? Or is the a phone number for CMR dealers to call for help?

I am having some troubles with mine.
#1. I cannot get the help section to open.

The help file might not be in the installer. What are your issues that your having. Have we resolved them yet?

when i try to open help files all i get is:

Diablostudio

c:\chipmaster revolution\hlp\help_page.htm
not found
do you want to set directory?
yes or no


if you choose yes, all types of files are opened but you can't do anything with them.

The help file link does not work. Instead just double click on the CMR_Manual.pdf file in the C:\Chipmaster Revolution\ folder.

when I click on cmr manual I get a diablostudio... error:..wrong signature:%pdf-1.4 do you want to convert file?
I have no idea what to put on the form when i click yes.

Are you trying to open the manual with CMR? There should be a link to the manual on your desktop, if there isn't go to C:\Chipmaster Revolution\ and double click on the CMR manual and it should open up with Adobe Acrobat.

the only thing in the help folder on my desk top is chipmaster revolution installer, cmr_dat_200 installer and gm_e40_instructions.
going to c:\chipmaster revolution\revolution applications\cmr_manual ,
this is when I get this:
