Correct airmass displacement of 1 cyl. 04 cobra

How do I calculate airmass displacement of 1 cylinder?
Also my intake manifold volume?
04 cobra AMZ1
Mods 2,3 whipple long tubes
id 1000 inj.
SCT 3000
Signal blade T B
Return style fuel system set at 40 psi at idle vacuum line off..

if the motor is still a 4.6 you shouldn't need to change that scalar...
