I am trying to download log from predator using vista. cannot get it to download. says comsat fail or something of the sort. i try to go to port setting and 1 thru 6 is the only options. all my usb ports are 13 - 14- and 15. can you guide me thru gettin gthe log uploaded. ttoys00@yahoo.com

Go into the device manager and change the COM port assignment to com 1-5 and it should work fine.

I got it to download once. Does it ony download once and take it of the predator??

also if it doesnt take it off the predator i keep trying to download it again and sometimes it says comsat fail or it wants to close out the program

thats great u got it to work my computer wont even talk to my pred i plug the usb/serial adpt in and it asks me to insert driver cd my pred didnt com with one =(

The driver comes with the cable, not the Predator.
