White screen

Hi, I have problems with my device. When I connect my device to the computer using an USB cable works well, but when I connect my device to the car using the ODB2 cable do not work. I only can see a white screen. I was used the ODB2 on my other car and I can only see a white screen. I connected again using the USB cable on my computer and works we'll again. I need help. The problem starts a last week with a update. Please see the photos attached.
