Predator 2 when connected to truck: "Tuner Needs An Update"

I just received my Predator 2 tuner for my 2017 ford f150 ecoboost 3.5. Plugged it in to computer after downloading the ignition app. Said was updated. Each time I plugged it into the ford plug in my truck it would read stock then would stop and say "Tuner Needs An Update". But when I kept bringing it back in and plugging it in it said was updated. Brand new and will not let me do anything. Please help me if you can. I bought this to update my tires and use the performance 87 tune since the tire/speedometer correction was my only purpose for now.

i ran into the same problem , i have a 2017 f150 ecoboost 3.5 and i updated my intune . when i plug it in the truck
still keeps saying needs and update

the 17 3.5 has not yet been added to i2.

Good Morning I have this same issue its keep telling that needs updates then I updated the device thru ignition software after connecting it to the vehicle its says communication problem need to contact support here is the device info;

serial nos.200991436

I just tell the costumer to comeback tonight to complete the tune for his truck, hopefully will work as its posted on the products details with no issues....
