What is this?

I bought a used F-150 and Found a "diablosport" chip in the ECM.

I have attached a photo, could anyone tell me what this is, and if you know what the writing on the Chip means?

these were sold blank and custom tuned by shops with our cmr software, no way to say whats on it, but if it runs good, I'd leave it there
