I ordered an in tune i3 last Wednesday and was charged and got a confirmation number but I never received an email. Called every day this week, multiple times per day. Have sent several emails(first one last Thursday) with my confirmation number and name, asking for an update or tracking number. I have received zero replies and talked to zero people on the phone. As stated in my last email, I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card and refusing delivery if it’s already shipped. Looks like I will spend my money elsewhere.

Can I ask where you are sending emails to and what number you are calling?
Its been rather slow on the phones this week, and for the past 2 days we answered every single call that came in without any abandoned calls, so I am sure you could get through if needed.
