Improve MPG

I have an 02 F250 7.3L and I am looking for ways to improve my gas mileage. I have 35" tires and about 150k miles. Any suggestions? p.s. I do not know the ins and outs under the hood like most of you.

well, first move is to ditch the 35's They are killing MPGs.
Other than that, a good high power tune like the Extreme/Race tunes we offer will generally add 2-4 MPG to an otherwise healthy truck when driven sanely.
