87 Octane tune vs. MPG Boost tune?

Wondering what the difference is between the 87 Octane tune and the MPG Boost tune? Wondering if there would be any benefit to running both of them or does the one zero out the other?

you can only run one tune at a time....MPG is designed specifically for mileage, the 87 tune is a performance tune for low octane fuel

the mpg booster tune is for dod/afm equipped vehicles... normally 2006/2007 and newer....
