Original Back Up Corrupted

I had a performance shop swap out my stock 2.73 differential to a 3.42 and he made some adjustments with his tuning software and reloaded it into my Predator U7193. I just found out that my custom tune is now corrupted and so is my "Original Back Up" on the tool.

Now if I restored the original back up into my car, it is the corrupted version.

I do have the "Original Back Up" on my PC. How do I load that file back in my Predator and the restore it back in the car? I believe when I tried to do this, the Predator error message indicated that the file did not match.

doing it like that would load the original backup from your pc into the predator as a custom tune, not as the "original backup"....

sounds like you need to call tech support....

try deleting the custom tune, then restore the backup.
