Old ass Predator

I bought a 01 Camaro about six months ago and it came with a predator programmer. It worked fine the way the last owner had it setup. I changed a few things, headers/exhaust. Anyway... I would like to know what your caned program consisted of. I would also like to know what each setting does, the booklet is useless. Is there a page you can send me to read up on everything???

How old...whats the version on the top line of the main menu?

I purchased my Predator and custom tune in 2004 and I am have some hunting for idle issues with my car. Do you know if my Predator hold the tune over a long period of time? or will my reflashing the pcm with the predator cause some damage?
