Just re-flashed at Ford Dealer (returned to stock prior to drop-off,) new flash is supposed to help keep EGTvalves cleaner I think....anyway, my Tuner no longer works, and I got these two messages:

VXBC9N8.HEX*
TQBF0NA.HEX*

Green U7160 R 45 upgraded last spring. Do you need the 16 digit key?

This tools memory has been filled.
It will require a hardware upgrade to make it work again.

I also have the U7160 with the same problem and revision. what do I have to do to get it to work? and is it going to cost more money? thanks, Bryan
