Low Injector Pressure Code

Post by Smith »

Hi,

I have an '06 F350 with 7165 r17 installed and it keeps giving me a P2290 code which is low injector pressure. i thought that r17 was supposed to fix this issue. Any thoughts

is your truck leaking any oil. if so, your icp sensor is more than likely the culprit and not the programmer. the icp sensors are bad about leaking around the seal and causing the pcm to post a fault code.

The truck is not leaking any oil that i can see. The calibration ID is VXCF4H2. I have tried all the factory tunes and they all eventually threw the same code. Although, I have only tried the 100hp with the Rev17.

Cole,

Thanks for the tune but what will the new tune affect or will it just fix the issue of the low injector code?

Feel free to give us a call, with the Predator connected to the PC, and we will walk you through loading it into the Predator.

Good morning Diablo tech support,

I'm having the same problem since loading the latest flash last week. My calid is "VXCF4H2", would it be possible to get the same fix? I have a 2006 F250.
