keep alive memory

I installed an 85 hp tune tonight on my '02 Ford 7.3 liter and the check engine light came on almost right away.

I diagnosed it and a code concerning Keep Alive Memory is the problem. Otherwise, the truck runs great and shifts much easier than it did with the factory tune. I'm very impressed with the increased power.

On a 45 minute drive, the light went off and came back on a few minutes later. It did this once more and then stayed on.

I did a bit of research on this and apparently this code has something to do with the engine trying to "learn" how I am driving.

I tried clearing the code, but it just keeps popping up. Is this something that will clear up with further driving?
