Control torque converter locks and unlocks

I have a U7170 for a 2001 7.3 Ford F250. I would like to be able to control when the torque converter locks and unlocks based on my speed. Is this something the Predator and do and how would I go about doing it? I would mainly like to do this in the tow tune, but it would be nice to have this option for all tunes.

I have just upgraded to v.9r05.

One more thing to note...For the automatic trans, when you apply the brake, the torque converter unlocks. I would also like for this to stop as well since I am using an exhaust brake.

Does anyone have any information on this? They make devices that connect to your computer that allows you to control the torque converter settings, so I would think you could do this with the program.
