Last tune did not finish

I have a 99 f250 superduty with the 7.3. I have the predator u7170. I hooked up the tuner to reinstall original backup. after booting tuner states that last program wasn't finished and will install original backup. I pressed continue and tries to install and then says that it cannot be installed. what do I do?

Thats an odd situation.

What happened last time you used it that left it in recovery mode?

the last time I use it was 2 days before. I put it in tow tune and all worked fine.

It must not have finished the flash, or something failed right at the end.

May want to send the tool in to be checked out.
