U7170 needs some info

Hi I bought a 2003 F250 7.3L 4X4 and it came with the U7170 Predator tuner installed and I have the handheld unit as well. After a bit of reading on this site I found that the older units have a smaller memory chip and I want to know for sure that it has smaller or the larger new chip in it or not how can I tell which it has? The units SN is 200480f snapper 1064425532 and its shows a Ford 7.3 - 7r19dz 6-6-2005 cailid "TNAA7S3" so what tune does this unit have all of these? 40HP 100tq, 60HP 155tq, 85HP 198tq, and 100HP 198tq? or other? Any other info about this unit would be helpful just want to know what I have, and if I should send it in for a upgrade and if it's worth the $100 and s/h charge? Also if this unit has smaller memory chip and it has rev 7r19d is there a update needed or avalible passed this rev for a smaller memory chip or do I need to upgrade the memory?

if it is 7r19 it has 40 tow/60 econ/85 perf/100 extreme.

In order to update it it would need to come back for the $99 upgrade, but it is not necessary by any means.

So if I send it back what does the $100 exactly do that the current 7r19 does not?

Is there any noticeable difference in the newer upgrades and tunes?

Back a few about 4-6 years ago I updated my 2004 Predator and regretted it ever since, my truck fell on its face that day and never came back, power or mileage.

I have been told by others " though I don't know if they know anything LOL" that this was due to EPA restrictions and you had to down grade the new CROMS?
