The programer wont let me do anything

I have bought 2000 Ford F350 with 7.3 powerstroke it came with the Diablo programer and the power tune program
in it already . I have tried to change the program and it wont let me any help would be very welcomed

what does it say exactly when you try to tune it?

what is the version on the top line of the main menu?
