Predator wont load custom tune

Whenever I load the tune onto the programmer it shows that it loaded. So I take it to the vehicle and upload it when I start the truck it won't run good at all I email the tune back to the guy who wrote it for me and he says it's just a stock tune. So what I'm trying to figure out is why is it only loading my original backup but when I look under custom tunes it shows the correct custom tune. I'm getting frustrated because I got a truck that will barely run and a tune that won't load

you are selecting the wrong base file when prompted by dsdl, you pick the customtune first, then a copy of the STOCK tune, not the custom tune again.
