Predator and Allison compatibility

I have a Predator in my 06 Hemi Magnum and love it. I am thinking of getting one for my 06 Durmax LBZ. I currently have borrowed Superchip in it now that my trans doesn't seem to like. Shifting is all over the place at anything more that 1/3 throttle and it's very irritating. How does the Predator get along with the transmission. Eventually I will have to give the Superchip back and want to replace it with something that allows the trans to shift normally.

allison tranny's have their own separate controller... it's not a GM controller... so there is no changing/adjusting anything with the allison tranny...

yes I realize that the trans is controled by a seperate ecu and has nothing to with the Predator tune but my question is how will the trans react with the Predator tune. Its all over the place with the Superchips and make the big tune useless. My money's on the Predator but just want confirmation if thats possible.

on the alklisons you want to go through a proper tranny releasrn procedure with the tune installed so it will behave properly.

Thanks, does the Predator have a relearn mode of TCM deal like the 7135 does for a Magnum?
