u7186 got corrupt after update

hi i but a u7186 from another user the program that was on the programer was from 2006 so i have an 06 kodiak i put the program in and went i star the truck the rpm go all the way up,,so i download the last update, and when it was loading at the end the predator got stock and whent on green screen and said booting loader i tried to do that step to clear the predator but wont work,do i need a difrent update !!!i tried to call you guys but no answer,,thank you..
