Im receiving a "writesafe" error message

Truck------ 2010 dually, chevy, 3500

Im receiving a "writesafe" failure message when trying to install a performance tune..... I have park brake on, key turned to the on position(truck is not running), radio off, air off, lights off...... I choose 60hp then it runs its course then when its just about to be finished it throws that "writesafe failure" message and tells me to unplug tuner.

Any help or suggestions?

is it failsafe?

does the truck run when it is done?
Does it go into recovery mode and prompt you to restore the stock tune?

It's says Write failed (failsafe) when I press more info it says ECM: error unlock for reflect(-1) my only option after that is continue and it tells me to unplug tuner.

OK, does this happen when trying to save the backup?

No it does not..... I can return my truck to original backup that works just fine.... It only gives me that message when I try to install a tune ( towing, 60hp, 80hp etc)
