error unlock for reflash

u7186 revision is 9r.08 or something like that 2007 silverado classic 3500 duramax i unplugged the programmer before it was done installing the tune and now it says tune was not done installing must run back up but when i try it says error unlock for reflash i know i can press the force button but you have to have a password my truck will not start now and i had to have it towed home i need some help fast please help also i tried calling tech support and was on hold for two and half hours could not get them
