2004 Chevrolet LB7 Duramax

It says "Script Error" and when you press continue it says "interpretor Stopped". I've had some electrical issues with the truck recently not recognizing the driver door and continuing to reset the radio every time I start the truck. You think this has anything to do with it? It's currently running the tow tune. I couldn't even restore factory setting. Any ideas?

thats a very old tool, and if you have been having electrical issues, it may be best to send that in for the $99 hardware upgrade to make it work much better.
