Another locked situation

Trying to load new tune on my LBZ. Somehow it locked and I got the can't install backup, etc. The msg with the (-1) deal. Now the truck gets power but doesn't start.

What's needed to be done? Is the PCM fried or can it be fixed or is just the predator locked or both?

I know I'll be hitching a ride to work. BTW, this was my dumbass fault. I bumped the cable on the ALDL and it lost communication.

Got it to the dealer. Tech cannot get PCM to respond. It connects but will not give any feedback. What now??? He tried wireless then hardline. GM recommends disconnecting all batteries then touching the 2 cables of primary battery to discharge capacitors and start over. What's your thoughts?

Well, yeah, id try the battery as well, but if they cant get it sorted out, get in touch with us and fill out the rma request form, and get me that PCM, we'll fix it
