How to get off "continue" screen to install 9r08?

I'm lost I've rebooted unplug, repluged, uninstalled dsdownloader...

My u7186 reads"cromu7186-v.9r19. Incompatible hardware. (no serial flash found)

And it keeps flashing continue . Jon emailed me the new file 9r08, but how do I load it???

Omg. It's working... Rebooted pc. plugged in serial port and USB (did not power up) opened dsdownloader. Turned off auto detect. (went to control panel/ hardware to double check, predator was on com4) it was. Clicked bottom tab"express tune mode", updated tool, choose file....then it ask to power up predator.

Now off to install in truck!

It installed and I can read balance rates! Yea haw!
