2004 Chevy Duramax LB7. The Predator says "incorrect vin" when I try to install any tune although this truck was the original truck this Predator has been on and it has never been connected to another truck. Any suggestions? Right now the truck is stuck on the "tow tune" and I need to restore factory settings to get it smogged.

Thanks

What is the software version on the top line of the main menu of the device?

It pops up and says bios version 6.01 I believe but the software is 1.11 and hardware is 1.00. The tool ID is 3ebbdd6c12410135 and serial number is 104525.

I hope that is what you were looking for.

I do not believe so. The only thing I can think of is an aux ipod cable to play my ipod but I believe this was happening before I did that. I'd just like my truck to go back to the factory stock tune and I will get rid of the programmer but I don't know how to get it there.
