Cruise control stability

Ever since I put the tune in, I love how the Duramax performs

The only thing im having some issues with is the cruise. At 80km/h, it can't find a throttle position that it likes, the rpm is up and down . At 100-110km/h everything seems fine. rpm seems steady but if you take a look at the instantaneous fuel economy, its up and down too, but not so noticeable.
