Command not supported, trying to download log from intune

I have gotten this error in both Dataviewer 3.3.0.8 and 3.3.0.9. I will plugin my intune, open DV and select "Download a log from the tool", it opens a dialog with a select box that shows the correct logs but when I click a log name and hit ok it will say "The problem reported was: "command not supported."

This is with the intune not connected to a car and I have duplicated the issue on 2 machines. 1 running window 7 ultimate 64-bit and the other running windows 7 home 32-bit.

It's not that big of a issue as I can just drag them to the desktop but it would be easier to just open it in DV.

you dont download anything, just open them from the intune drive in the logs folder....
