Stuck in "The last tune did not finish." mode, thi

Last night I reloaded the stock tune. Upgraded the firmaware to rev 15. downloaded for the ECU the stock tune (said successful) and implemented the CAI91 tune (Failed) Wierd convoluted operation -- At one point it said turn the car off --I did so and then I had to hit a close button not a next or continue button but a "close" button. I did so, then it read "turn the car on" and presented another confusing close button (is this is the way it is supposed to work -whose bizzare idea is this --close -- close what?) -- Agian I did and hit close (If you don't hit close nothing happens I waited several minutes) It started to uprade the tune to the ECU and then gave me this error message "The tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored" with an okay button. Pressed it next message "Restore Original Backup now" options Yes, No, Force. Message "Unable to resotre original tune"

If I connet it to my computer I am stuck in this mode with the same message "The last tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored" I can't get it to uplade my tunes. I don't know what tune is in the car. every time I connect it to the car I get the same message "The last tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored". :evil:

Originally I was quite happy with this unit -- certainly not feeling the same now

Have you tried restoring it?
What happens if you let it restore?

I also did the CROM upgrade to rev 15. then connec ted to my car and uploaded the stock firmware (this supposedly was successful) then I tried to load the CAI tune onto my car. Half way through it said it falied and I had to reload the stock tune but half way through this it failed. And now any time I turn it on it says. "The last tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored" Press okay and we are back to "Unable to restore original tune" "you may unplug the prdaqtor now" <reboot> and back to "The last tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored". Connect it to my computer to upload the stock tune and restore firmaware rev 9 and the predator reads "The last tune did not finish. The original tune will be restored". How do I get out of here. does some one out there have a stock tune I can use if I can figure out how to hit reset on this unt.

WAIT!!

Are you now saying that you went back to revision 9r09?

If so, PLEASE, do not do ANYTHING until we advise you on how to proceed.

OK, please post your cars calibration ID, and go back to 9r15 before you cause damage to the PCM.

Supposedly it was finished almost two weeks ago! I know this because I spoke with Mike when he was working on it. It was almopst impossibel to get the RMA until someone cracked the whip. Now it takes another 10 to 12 days before he contacts me (AS HE HAS NOT YET). Its Friday and it is noon your time. so he has had 4 hours to contact me today. I bought this piece to use it and out of the 3 months I've owned it you have had it for 50% of the time and counting. CAN I GET IT BACK SOMETIME NEXT WEEK?! IS HE GOING TO CONTACT ME TODAY?!
