2015 mustang ecoboost issues

i keep getting the message "backup file for 'SGMN0Y9' is not present. reading the pcm will take 60 mins....or can be downloaded from diablosport using a pc and DSDL." i have looked at similar posts and have updated the trinity with the most current software etc. every time i try to make a backup with the tuner i get a message saying the backup failed to write, and whenever i try to download the backup using my pc i get the message ford_can_gas at 1r13l is not supported by the calibration update server. any help would be appriciated

All fixed. Will work fine now. Was my fault I hadn't updated the server support list yet.
