Please Help!

My friend had a Trinity in his 2012 Challenger that he was selling. He wanted to check to see if it had been successfully unmarried from his car so we hooked it up in my 2017 Ford Focus ST. It went through the backup process and allowed us to install a 91 Performance Tune. Now it will not let me restore my factory tune. Every time I try it says it cannot do anything because it is was used to install a 91 Performance Tune on a Ford vehicle. Mine was the only Ford this was ever hooked up to. Please help, I want my car back to stock and my friend wants to sell his tuner, which he can't do until I restore my factory tune!
