PID Problem

Hi Guys, I sold a 9145 Trinity 2 Device for a Ford F250 with a gas engine a year ago. Everything was fine until the customer decided to update the device. He now have an error message ''Unable to retreve full PID support for this vehicle''

We reset PID, reset the device, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working.

Can you guys help us with that one?

Can you please post the info.xml file from the T2 drive so we can look into this?
