Srt4 Trinity issues

Hello there.
I currently own a 04 neon srt4
Using a trinity currently but out of nowhere it started giving me a new user error i believe.
Dont know the exact message word for word.
But now i cant change my tune or even go back to my backup because it tells me not found and cannot tune vehicle.
Not entirely sure whats going on. Any help is greatly appreciated.
