Help.. trinity cant see my jeep anymore

it will not connect to my 07 jeep srt8 here is what happened when i first got it i updated it, went outside tuned my jeep no problem .. few days later wanted to log an 06 300c srt.. after connecting the OBD2 port the trinity powered up but it showed a message to make sure the key is on but not start the engine.

this message is now the only thing that comes up when i power it up. even when i went back to the jeep that i tuned earlier it wont see it anymore or connect to it it will just power up and repeat that message. rite now it is locked to my jeep vin number but i cant remove the tune

i also have two regular diablo programmers they have worked fine all this time on both cars so im sure this is a trinity problem

Sounds most likely to be a cable issue.

Please PM me yous shipping info so I can get a new cable out to you asap.
