Had this issue myself, 2011 Dodge Ram wasn't showing up.

Fix: Choose a random vehicle so you can access the main menu. Once there, go into Options, then Information. Check line 3 for the version number.

[ADDED THIS] At the time (and it still may be true) v.1r09f was the current version.

Make sure you have DSDownloader already, should say 2.2.2.6 and connect your Trinity. It will recognize the device and update it accordingly. Once the device is updated, your vehicle will then show up.

I just had to get a new pcm and had it flashed with the factory tune, now I cannot reflash my custom tune. What do I need to do?

So you're PCM is 100% stock and up to date now from the factory?
If so, you may need to contact whoever did your custom tune and have them re-base your custom tune to the new backup:
Go to tune your car with the Diablo 93.
At this point it will take a backup and then eventually put the 93 tune on your car.
Send the backup to your custom tuner and have them rebase your custom tune to that new backup.

Guys,
The dealer re-flashed the PCM on my car today. I tried to E-mail you the JPGs of the workorder for proof at the address posted above (support@diablosport.com), but I got delivery failures. Can't attach the JPGs here, evidently, either...

You have an E-mail address I can send the proof to?
