Rear Passenger Tire Sensor Communication - 2007 Jeep SRT8

Post by sanderson269 »

The Trinity is causing the Rear Passenger Tire pressure reading to go blank - or simply lose communication to the sensor.
This occurs every time I plug in the Trinity, even if I'm not using it to monitor anything. It usually takes a few minutes for this to happen.
Then, every time I unplug the Trinity from the Jeep, it will see the tire pressure sensor reading again. This is usually about a minute later as well... probably within the normal scan time of the tire presure sensors by the Jeep's computer.

Have you heard of this issue from anybody else? Any fixes on the way?

Thanks!

Where do you have the Trinity mounted?

It is in an THMotorsports A-Pillar gauge mount using your mounting device to adapt to the 2-1/16" hole.

Get used to it, the problem will never be fixed. For me the keyless entry won't work unless I'm right next to the car with the Trinity plugged in. I also get static in the radio and have trouble opening the garage door if my car is parked in the garage with the Trinity plugged in. I've been complaining about this for years. There are several threads on it throughout this forum too.
The apostrophe does not mean "Look out, here comes an S"!

"I couldn't care less" means it is impossible to care less - "I could care less" just makes you look stupid.

Will the Trinity 2 resolve this long-term issue with the old Trinity technology affecting TPMS on my 2007 Jeep SRT8? .. And the keyless entry system?

If so, will there be trade-in offers on Trinity or even old Predators? - I have both.
