05 magnum

picked up a Magnum with a Trinity in it, thought sweet, read up about settings and such. first fill, filled with 94 octane, went to load the CAI and 93 tune and got the PCM: Bootup strip missing/VPP issue,

is there a work around for this or?

guessing this is an early build Magnum?
Is the tool already married to the car?
What version is on the tool?

Already married; its tuned 91 cai atm.

Ill try to find the build date, and Ill get the latest updated. And tool version tonight. Thanks

This is here for kind of a note reminder

Derek got me the unlock then updated. Then called for a force update calibration, Garrett helped here

Got all that done. Took to car went to performance. Followed prompts about updating the car and got "PCM: Boot string missing/VPP issue" again

Ill call in monday to try to figure this out need to get back to work today

Bought a new cord as some have had luck with that, force calibration update still failed
