help with new tuner im about to smash it with a hammer

i have a 2015 ram 1500 3.6l
i bought the Trinity with the ECU
and keeps telling my the diablo_dcx_gas does not support the calid
it can see the calid and vin number but will not let me do anything
i have downloaded the 1r13c update but still nothing
and one more thing should the handheld reset after i go through the car setup?

click ok when it says the vehicle is not supported then connect to a pc and let dsdl open and find it then you should see a button called calibration updater, click that and it will download the file you need then load that to the truck, then you may tune it.

Have you registered your Trinity? Whwn i forst got mine i kept ignoring the register product pop up and the Trinity would not update correctly but as soon as i registered it, it started automatically downloading the newest calid for my car and all the updates for the croms. Not sure what registering did to make it all work but it made my tuner able to communicate with my car pcm.
