2015 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4l Hemi Will not backup.
I purched the T1000 head unit for my 2014 Ram 1500 originally. I Purchased a new Ram 2500 6.4l Hemi and my shop talked to the shop said it would work. So my shop installed it into my truck and it worked but when I tried to do another tune it wouldn't take because the Pcm wouldn't rewrite. Luckily I work at Dealer and able to program my original Pcm back. So I ordered my programmable pcm from Diablo and installed it. I tried to add the performance flash to the pcm, and it asked to do the original back up because it wasn't completed the last time when it failed on the original truck pcm. So I attempted to restore it to the original back per the head unit and it failed. It kept saying failure to write to pcm, and the software on the pcm has been erased so the vehicle doesn't start. I installed my orginal pcm to drive the truck. What do I need to do to fix this? Do I need to update the head unit and then try again? Please let me know.

new user name. I called up Diablo yesterday to get the head unit reset. That is now completed and working fine. The other is I was having is that the Pcm that I purchased from Diablo was erased. I talked to the tech advisor and was told that I can reprogram the pcm to the newest part # at my job since I work for a dealer. I performed the pcm flash and it has now put my part number to 68252369af and the head unit is saying it's not supported. Today I updated the head unit and tried to do a program and it still came up with the same error code. "Your calibration is 68252369af and it is not supported. We need to downgrade to 68252369ac in order to continue." Which witech 2 will not allow me to go backwards. What do I need to do now? Thanks for the help.

you connect the tool to pc, run the updater and it will download the AC file then you load that to the car.
