I have been using DS tuning with my Trinity for about 4 years now and have really enjoyed it. I was using custom tuning by Jay Greene (awesome stuff) on my old 5.7, but do not think I will be going the custom tuning route as I do not plan to modify my '15 2500 with the 6.4 like I did my old 5.7. I am looking to use a DS 93 tune and put a cat-back Magnaflow or Gibson exhaust system on my truck very soon. I want to do the mods together as I want to be able to disable the MDS so I don't hear it even more with the aftermarket exhaust.

I know to tune my truck I will need a modified PCM to do so. My two obvious options are take mine off and send it in or buy one from DS. My question is, if I was to be able to get a PCM from a truck that has been wrecked and being parted out, would I be able to send that in to DS to be modified for tuning my truck? We have a couple of salvage yards in the area that are linked to many across the nation and thought I may give that a shot if it was a possibility. Thanks for any help!

the pcm has to come from a vehicle with same trans type as yours and you must indicate when you call in that it is NOT the pcm from your truck so we are aware when programming it.

Thank you, mikel!

Is there any other transmission Ram uses for the 6.4L other than the 66RFE?
