Trinity gives connection error, 2014 Challenger 5.7

I am trying to load a Trinity on my 2014 5.7 Challenger and when the screen progress bar gets to the end of the load it gives a download connection error and after touching the OK button it says Missing boot up string. We have tried 2 different Trinity units and verified one of them that it works on another Challenger. The only mods the car has is exhaust and it has 22K miles on it. I am loading this with Sean from Hemifever tuning, we are both at a loss for ideas.
