Trinity White Screen

When I plug my Trinity into my SRT-8 It seems to take a long tome to start up then I just get a white screen ! Any body had this or can help please as we need to down load a new tune so I can take the car on a long road trip vacation this week (all booked! ) and I in the UK .HELP PLEASE HELP ANYBODY . Thanks Pat

if it is not booting properly it will need to come in unfortunately.
