2014 ram 5.7 update issues... Please help

I bought a 2014 ram 1500 5.7. it came with the Diablo Trinity. When I plug it into my computer to check the updates, I get an error that says there was an internal update and I need to unplug it from to power source. Now I can get it to do anything but read that screen. Please help what do I do????? Anyone???
